Registration Information

New Students to the District Registration:
     1. New Student must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian.
     2. Bring the following Documents to the middle school office. 

  • Withdrawal Forms from Previous School
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of Residency
  • Last Report Card
  • Test Score Results
  • Custody Papers/Court Documents, if applicable
  • Parents/Guardians Social Security Card
  • Parents/Guardians Drivers License

If you have started the school year in another district, you will need to officially withdraw from that school and present the withdrawal forms when you register. 
The RLMS Registrar will send a request for records to obtain the students previous school documents.
